Shepherd of the Hills offers two forms of Sunday worship.
- Traditional worship is held in the sanctuary at 8:00 a.m. and
10:30 a.m.
- A more contemporary/casual worship is held in the education building
at 10:30 a.m.
Our traditional service follows the format of traditional Lutheran
worship.
- We make use of hymns that generations of Lutherans have grown
to know and love.
- We also use more recently written songs and hymns.
Our casual worship provides an alternative Lutheran service.
- It is for those who desire a more upbeat style of worship.
- It is led by a praise team playing contemporary music.
We desire that the hearing impaired receive the full benefit of our
worship.
- A loop system has been installed for both our traditional and
casual worship services.
- Simply switch your hearing aid to the “T-coil” (telecoil) position.
Children are always welcome in all our worship services.
- A brief children’s message is included in every Sunday service.
- Parent rooms that allow you to view and listen to the service
are available for both traditional and casual worship.
- A staffed nursery is provided for children four-years-old and
under at both 10:30 a.m. services.
